As each product is printed when ordered or delivered digitally, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
However, if there is an issue with your order, we will work with you to resolve it.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Physical prints (print-on-demand)
All prints are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Change of mind
Incorrect size selection
Colour differences due to screen display
We will replace or refund items only if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original artwork
Original pieces are final sale.
Due to the nature of original artwork, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or is significantly different from its description.
Digital downloads
All digital products are delivered instantly and are non-refundable.
Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, the sale is considered final.
Bundles
Bundle purchases are treated as a single product.
Refunds or replacements will only be issued if there is a verified issue affecting the order as a whole or specific items within it.
Shipping issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or missing orders
If your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the shipping provider.
